Before you begin
Confirm that you are working in the correct customer workspace and that your role allows you to use Customer Platform.
- Use the intended personal or organization workspace.
- Confirm the product is available for that workspace.
- Collect only the customer information required for the task.
First workflow
- Open the Customer Platform and select Sign in.
- Complete the Centauri sign-in flow and return to the customer portal.
- Confirm the workspace name shown in the sidebar and page heading.
- Review Applications on Home and open only a product marked as available to you.
- If you administer an organization workspace, open Teams to review members and invitations.
